Join us for a journey of reflection, reinvention and renewal at our one-day REINVENT: Wise Woman 1-Day Equinox Retreat. This immersive experience is an opportunity to embrace the beauty and celebration of remembering the wise woman within and align with the energies of the fall equinox.

Join us for a day either virtually or in the serene landscape of Topanga Canyon with ancient oaks, a crystal forest, a cactus garden, an infinity pool/hot tub, and breathtaking canyon views. As you reflect and disconnect, you unlock the power to reconnect and reinvent yourself.

Guided by Vibrational Medicine Practioner, Embodiment Guide and Hōm Creatress, Crystal Hays, along with guest facilitators experience a day dedicated to creating soul harmony, whole-being and rediscovery through a blend of yoga, meditation, spa/self-care rituals, flower essences, nature, dance and community.

You will leave this retreat feeling the most radiant, balanced and empowered version of yourself. Equinoxes are a moment of balance and equilibrium in nature, with equal lengths of daylight and darkness. It is a reminder to find inner stability within. It invites us to reflect on the changes occurring in our lives and to embrace the opportunities for transformation and renewal.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The call to gather is stronger than ever before. We are excited to share a gathering of nature, expression and in-person connection to ignite our power and fullest expancsion of divine women.

This is a place for like-minded women to meet, share and explore what it means to be fully alive. You will have the space to dive deeper into your intuitive wisdom within through a curated program of healing practices, nourishment, movement and open dialogue.

As a flower essence & vibrational medicine practitioner, embodiment guide and holistic health coach, Crystal shares her passion for an expansive and deep life experience by supporting women on their healing journeys. Mother, creatress, and priestess, her work is a reflection of her own healing journey and re-discovering of her true essence.

After studying exercise physiology and working in the wellness/dance industry for 15 years practicing and teaching yoga, dance and functional movement, Crystal found herself burnt out after giving birth to her third child. As a former dancer, she was always in tune with her body, but through the transition from motherhood to work, she found herself completely disconnected, overextended and lost. She was living from a place of ego, as does most of our society, without taking the essential time to nurture her body, mind and especially her spirit, ultimately disrupting the rhythm of her life.

She began looking within, practicing more regular rituals and tuning into her own cycles and connection to greater life cycles. Crystal continued her studies by stepping in and aligning with spiritual practices, shamanic journeying, flower/plant vibrational medicine and moved through this portal with the realization that when a woman is aligned in mind, body and spirit, life's ebbs and flows are more dynamic and fluid. Home, work, family and self can come together in a more fluid, rhythmic and dynamic dance.

Crystal is on a mission to support woman on their unique journey to coming back to their home (self) within the modern world. She is deeply dedicated to empowering women to become their own holistic healers and witnessing the joy and transformation that arise from the sense of empowerment in this journey - at EVERY season of their life.

Feel the sun warm your skin while relaxing on the long wrap-around deck, or the grass between your toes on the outstretched lawn. Walk the meandering paths through the enchanting crystal forest, to the contemplative cactus garden, warm up in the hot tub, or cool off with a dip in the infinity pool.

We’re so excited to share we’ll be bringing our REINVENT 1-DAY Equinox Retreat to the digital-verse! This will be a day-long experience to disconnect in order to reconnect through connection, meditation, workshops, movement, activations, healings and more.

We encourage you to show up live for the most powerful experience but if you need to catch some or all of it later you will have the replays for 30 days after the retreat!
